Antares releases new effect “Vocal Reverb”
The latest addition to Antares’ range of vocal effects just got released and aims to speed up vocal processing. It comes with Hall, Plate and Room modes, a delay and pre- and post-reverb effects.
The AI-based Reverb Assist function allows users to select the style of reverb they are aiming for and will suggest a set of settings. The Auto-EQ function, which is based on the company’s Auto-Tune pitch tracking technology to track the vocal pitch and adjust frequencies in the reverb decay to help retain clarity in the mix. Also included are five pre-reverb processors (Pitch, Throat, Tube, De-Esser and Reverse), as well as five post-reverb effects (Tone Shaper, Compressor, Gate, Auto-EQ, Width).
